Folgueras Labs is a business name of Alexandre Folgueras, a sole proprietorship in Québec. This policy explains what personal information we receive through this site and by email, why, and how to exercise your rights.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and contains no forms. Fonts are hosted with the site.

The site is hosted in Québec, on an OVHcloud server in Beauharnois. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to stay secure and running.

When you email us or book a call

• Email: your name, address and message are used to reply and prepare a quote. Our mail is processed by Google (Gmail).
• Booking a call: the booking page is provided by Google Calendar. The name, email and notes you enter there are subject to Google's privacy policy.

Google may store this information outside Québec. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Retention

We keep our exchanges as long as needed to answer your request, carry out a contract and meet our tax and accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the person in charge above; we reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Confidentiality incidents

We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
